Redfoot is not a general recruiter, but specializes in the engineering sector to provide the client with only relevant and targeted CV’s and expert service in staff placements. We recruit per job vacancy, as every job is different in its content and context. Redfoot will thus not flood the client with CV’s immediately after receiving the vacancy thereby letting the client do the recruitment, but will advertise, interview and recommend candidates based on company and job specific requirements of the vacant position.
